It’s a good idea to have some coins with you, so you can open your locker normally in case card payment is temporarily unavailable.

If you forgot to place something in the locker or need to take something out but wish to continue using it, you can do so as long as it’s within the time you’ve already paid for.

Simply press the red “Exit” button and enter your 6-digit PIN.

The system will then ask if you want to open the locker and keep it, or remove your items and release it. Choose the option that suits you and continue with your rental.

This can happen if the locker is overfilled and something is pressing against the lock or door from the inside.
